I’m the head of UX writing for Google Assistant.

Airbnb (2017 – 2022)

I served as the head of UX Writing for Airbnb's Homes business and managed a team of 6 UX writers. I also worked on the initial launch of Airbnb Plus.

Google (2015 – 2017)

I made it easier to text, call, and video chat. I also worked on a smart camera, privacy settings, and AdWords.

Facebook (2013 – 2015)

I didn’t work on the metaverse.

VegNews (2011 –2013)

I worked my way up from an editorial intern to the Online Editor. I managed the editorial calendar and a team of 20+ freelancers—and geeked out over infographics and design with the Art Director.

Wells Fargo (2008 – 2010)

I was an investment banker for a couple of years. I don’t remember much. There were a lot of spreadsheets. I’m still pretty good with spreadsheets.
